I've been looking into the GitHub service hook for readthedocs.org, but that only supports Sphinx yet. So I've files an issue for the readthedocs.org project to support Doxygen, too. This is because for some reason, jens decided to package his security key and load in into his repository, rather than host it as a plain PGP key for importing like most other 3rd party repositories do. The keys are imported before the actual packages themselves are downloaded, so by the time you apt-get install build-essential codeblocks all repositories should be authenticated and you should not receive warnings.
